Personal Files for Family and Friends

This page is provided to family and friends to give them access to my personal memoirs and other files as they are added.  You can view them with the PDF viewer provided for each or download them to your browser for easier navigation.  These are the files so far:

• Living Too Far North:  Drawing Humor from a Winter in Alaska - All the cartoons from Too Far North in a running, wry commentary on life in rural Alaska, plus some info about our trip to and winter sojourn in the North - 128 pages with 86 cartoons
• The First Adventure of Tom Duck and Harry - Tom and Harry go on what they expect to be a leisurely cruise around the lake that turns out to be replete with bizarre characters and episodes of daring do - 179 pages with 164 cartoons

Tom thinks an exploration of the nearby lake and its environs should prove enjoyable and educational for him and his porcine pal.  The ensuing adventure with its unforeseen events and unusual acquaintances, sometimes bordering on the bizarre, proves enlightening, if not life changing, for both of them.

Tom beguiles Harry with talk of the Northern Lights.  They set off down Hardscrabble Road to Alaska where the lights are visible in winter.

This adventure is still ongoing!  Strips will be added from time to time.  Still, I have no idea what's going to happen day to day or in the long run, just as I have no idea when I start each strip what is going to happen from left to right.
